During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directions the first time given and remaining focused in class on morning stations. During midday observations, the client interacted appropriately with his peers while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client followed directions the first time given while completing his assignments in class. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions the first time given and remaining focused in class. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue interacting appropriately with his peers. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue following directions the first time given. The client actively engaged in Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day. The client responded well towards services as evidenced by positive feedback. During morning observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directions. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions the first time given and to remain focused in class on morning stations. During midday observations, the client agreed to continue interacting appropriately with his peers while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client agreed to continue following directions the first time given while completing his assignments in class. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
